Choosing the Right Size
How do I choose the right size dog bed?
We recommend measuring your dog while lying fully stretched and selecting a size that provides extra room for comfort.
Our beds are available in:
- S – 24” × 17” × 3.5” (fits 24” crate, up to 25 lbs)
- M – 30” × 19” × 3.5” (fits 30” crate, up to 40 lbs)
- L – 36” × 23” × 3.5” (fits 36” crate, up to 60 lbs)
- XL – 42” × 28” × 3.5” (fits 42” crate, up to 90 lbs)
If your dog is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Materials & Care
Are your beds waterproof?
Our beds feature a water-resistant bed insert that helps protect the core from everyday spills and minor accidents. They are not fully waterproof.
Are the outer covers removable and washable?
Yes. Outer covers are removable and designed for easy care.
We recommend:
- Remove outer cover before washing
- Turn outer cover inside out
- Machine was cold with mid, pet-safe detergent
- Tumble dry low or air dry
- Do not bleach
High heat may affect the fabric over time.
Do the beds arrive compressed?
Yes. Beds may arrive compressed for shipping.
Please allow 24–72 hours for full expansion after opening. Temporary compression or firmness variation during this period is normal.
Unpackaging instructions are included.
Are replacement covers available?
Replacement outer covers are planned for release in Summer 2026.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may only be canceled or modified before fulfillment begins. Once a shipping label has been created or the order has been packed, it cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unused
- Is unopened
- Remains sealed in its original packaging
- Is in new, resalable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, items removed from their vacuum-sealed packaging are not eligible for return.
Why can’t opened beds be returned?
Our products are used by pets. To protect the health and safety of other animals, opened or used beds cannot be resold.
If you decide not to keep an opened bed, we encourage donating it to a local animal shelter.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number (in the subject line)
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Claims are subject to review.
Safety & Compliance
Are your materials tested for safety?
Yes. Our materials are tested to meet applicable U.S. safety standards, including California Proposition 65 requirements.
